The TSOM Partner Power Session is a monthly one-on-one strategic consultation built to measure performance, identify growth gaps, strengthen execution, and expand income. This system ensures every partner inside Tax State of Mind operates with direction, accountability, and purpose. Purpose of the Monthly Session -The Partner Power Session exists to: -Maintain partner performance and accountability -Identify and correct growth barriers -Strengthen compliance and professional standards -Improve organization, activity, and execution -Support income growth and business stability -Track partner progress and development -Prepare advancing partners for leadership and scale These sessions ensure every partner operates with structure, clarity, and direction. *Don't schedule a Saturday or Sunday Session unless we have already spoken and agreed on it.*
